About Sally


Living at the foot of Mt Hood, Sally Bills Bailey’s paintings reflect her love of mountains, snow, trees and wilderness.  She uses strong color and bold shapes.  Throughout her art career she has taught children and adults, but now concentrates on watercolor and acrylic painting.  She has received many awards, and shows her work in the Portland Museum Rental/Sales Gallery and in Hood River, OR.  She is a signature member of the National Watercolor Society, Northwest Watercolor Society and a platinum member of the  Watercolor Society of Oregon.
